No, the consumption of either kefir or yogurt rich in bacteria can only do you good, unless you have difficulty digesting milk products. Otherwise, both kefir and yogurt are good for digestion because they contain high amounts of pro-biotics which aid digestion.  They also are rich in protein, calcium, and more complex carbohydrates than simple sugars. This is especially true with Greek yogurt, which is very high in protein.
