About Me

I integrate creativity, spirituality and traditional psychology (especially relational theory) into my work. I am not a cookie-cutter, one size fits all therapist. I respect the individuality of each person, and am told over and over again that my office is a "safe space" for those who come for help. I work collaboratively with my clients to find relief and lower stress and "whatever hurts". I have vast experience treating addictions of all kinds, and families and friends of addicts/alcoholics. I am also experienced in treating trauma of various kinds, as well as family and relationship issues (who doesn't have those?)
